Alexandra Sills is an ancient historian in the UK, who wants to make the history of the ancient Mediterranean as accessible as possible for everyone. Combining her university training with two decades of tour guiding experience, Alexandra is working hard to bridge the gap between academia and the outside world. Her research specialism is Roman spectacle and its reception in both the eastern provinces of the empire and in modern media.
