Interested in being a guest on the podcast?
Are you an expert, scholar, prominent nerd in the field of ancient mythology and/or history and interested in sharing your knowledge as a guest on the podcast? Or do you represent someone who fits the above? Please fill out this form to add yourself to our list of potential guests and topics (this is the best way of getting on the show due to the volume of requests we receive).
If you’re an author or publicist pitching a novel or fictional retelling rather than a historical or mythological work/topic, please use this form instead.
LTAMB's guest conversation episodes are some of the most popular episodes of the show. They're downloaded by tens of thousands of listeners and often used in classrooms to supplement course material. That can sound scary but Liv always aims to provide a casual, comfortable, low key recording experience (you can even swear, cause we makes the rules). We chat, laugh, and often Liv's ADHD and/or anxiety takes hold and she shares her own experience and expertise (apologies in advance if/when she interrupts!). The process is very informal and fun, experts are encouraged to ramble and veer off into tangents of all things ancient and nerdy.
More Things to Know:
If you've been on the show before, please still fill this out (you can half ass the questions, just give us the topic and any other relevant information)
If you have more than one major topic in mind, and which you think could reasonably be more than one episode, please fill out a form for each topic
Don't feel like you need to be great at public speaking or presenting, it's a chat about your research and expertise rather than an interview or formal presentation
Note that due to the volume of requests we receive you may not receive a response immediately. Only serious inquiries which fit with the podcast's mandate (unofficially, well informed and progressive topics spanning the entirety of the Ancient Mediterranean and Near East) will be replied to. Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot on the podcast.
